Engineering :
Full engineering of any type of project of Electrical Automation and Instrumentation.
(a) Electrical control room/ building designing as per panel layout.
(b) As per plant load, Transformer designing(e.g 25 MVA/16MVA/2.5MVA), HT panel -33 kv/6.6 kv, PCC, MCC,PDB,MLDB and VFD panel (MV drive / LV drive ), Soft starter panel, Automation system (DCS/PLC) Instrumentation, Weighing system, ESP system and UPS with battery charger.
Project execution :
Erection and commissioning of any type of green field project related to Steel plant and Power Plant.
(a) HT/LT panel fixing as per control room layout ,Transformer erection (HT/LT) with proper earthing and plant tray work as per require cable calculation.
(b) Cable selection and Make the power & control cable laying and termination schedule as per scheme.
(c) Execution of internal/External (HT panel to trafo, PCC to MCC/drive panel, and MCC to DCS/PLC and field motor & LCS) cable laying.
(d) Internal /External cable laying from DCS RIO panel to MCC ,drive panel, weighing panel, and DCS to all instruments e.g. PT,DPT,FT, LT, RTD,TC, control valve, solenoid valve motorized valve all other panel
(e) Communication from main DCS system to RIO panel, VFD panel and other panel (if require) via profibus ,modbus ,fiber optical,RG6/RG11 coaxial cable etc.
Technology strength :
(I) VVVF drive technology : ABB make drives ACS 550 – From 0.75 KW to 132 KW, ACS 800 – 2.2 KW to 1200 KW and ACS 1000 Medium voltage drive-ACS1013-A2-JA-00-FN02 from 1825 KW to 4880 KW , Siemens make drive GM 150 drive 10 MW
(a) Erection and commissioning of all above drives.
(b) Make cabling and termination schedule as per scheme and implement properly with motor & DCS panel.
(c) Parameter setting as per required application.
(d) Communication via Profibus DP from Drive to main PLC/ DCS system or as per plant requirement.
(e) Any type of fault diagnosis and rectification at the same time.
(f) In house drive repairing at component level (if spares are available).
(II) Automation system :
(a) Logic development and modification in Schneider PLC- 140 CPU-534 14A and 140 CPU 671 60
(b) SCADA development and modification as per plant requirement in Ifix-V3.5 and Vejio citect-V6.5
(c) Any type of problem handling related to Software, hardware and communication in PLC/DCS system-
Seimens-S7 400 series,ABB-control builder AC 800M 5.1 & Schneider make.
(d) IOs mapping with RIO panel to MCC/PCC/HT panel and all plant Instruments as per electrical building wise
(e) Communication part : ( ABB/Siemens/Schneider) Communication stabilize from PLC to PLC and PLC to other equipment e.g. VFD panel /intelligent MCC etc and problem handling of Profibus communication, Optical
fiber communication, RG-6/RG-11 communication and Ethernet communication.
(III) Instrumentation :
(a) Installation and commissioning of all type of instruments e.g: Control valve, Regulating valve, Butterfly valve, On/off valve, Moisture analyzers, Flow/level switch, PT, DPT, FT,LT, Electromagnetic flow meter, RTD, Thermocouple and lubrication system.
(b) Termination from instrument to DCS/PLC and logic development &value configure at HMI
(c) In house Repairing at card level of all above instruments if spares are available.
(d) Calibration, fault diagnosis and rectification at same the time of all avobe of instruments.
(IV) Weighing system : FL Smidth (Transweigh) Make
(a) Weigh Feeder : Full command of commissioning ,controller programming, calibration and fault diagnosis from cap-5 TPH to 250TPH ,
(b) Belt weigher & BLMS : load cell installation, programming &calibration as per require application
(c) Hard wire termination with PLC/DCS &communication via profibus DP from weighing panel to DCS/PLC system.
(V) ESP (Electro static precipitator): Alstom & Thermex make:
(a) Erection and commissioning of all type electrical and Instrument equipments which are used in ESP : Double cone valve, Support insulator, Shaft insulator, Vibrator unit, level sensor, temp controller, Collecting
rapper and Emitting rapper, etc.
(b) Commissioning of Rectifier Transformer (TR sets) and its TRCC control panel
(c) Programming of EPIC-II (Alstom make ESP ) & Precicon-II microprocessor based controller which are used in TR set panel.
